Nonprofit Volunteer Recruits Meet Sunday

bethlehem-inn25416

Bethlehem Inn invites the community to join in a conversation with other local nonprofits about how volunteers can make a difference in Central Oregon. Spokespeople from Bethlehem Inn, Saving Grace, KIDS Center, CASA, and Shepherd’s House will present the challenges each of them experience and how volunteers can make a difference.

The community conversation will be held at the Bethlehem Inn in Bend located at 3705 N. Hwy 97 on September 17th from 230-400pm.

Parking can be accessed from Mervin Sampels Road.  Overflow parking will be available at the Bend International School.

Bethlehem Inn is Central Oregon’s largest emergency shelter. Shelters in Bend and Redmond provide temporary housing, food, safety and case management services for up to 200 adults and children each night.  To learn more about Bethlehem Inn, please visit www.bethleheminn.org. Follow us on Facebook/BethlehemInnCentralOregon or Instagram.  Donations are gladly accepted and may be mailed to: Bethlehem Inn, P.O. Box 8540, Bend, OR 97708.

KIDS Center could not operate without the generous support of our donors and volunteers.  Our yearly fundraising events, Cork and Barrel and Healing Hearts Luncheon, are wonderful ways that volunteers can help support KIDS Center. If you are interested in helping participate in these events, please contact: Abigail Cornwell, 541-383-5958 or info@kidscenter.org
