The Bend Police Department and Oregon State Police responded Wednesday around 9:00 p.m. to a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred in the southbound lanes of the Parkway (Hwy 97) at Reed Market (Exit 139). The Parkway was closed for about two hours and has since reopened.
