On Feb. 4, 2026, Bend Police received multiple reports of a series of TikTok videos showing what appeared to be a person in Bend urinating in a variety of public places, including high school and restaurant bathroom floors, a diaper changing station and park bathrooms.
Bend Police investigated the incidents and identified the suspect as a 15-year-old Bend resident.
On Saturday, Feb. 21, Bend Police went to the juvenile’s home and arrested him on suspicion of 24 counts of second-degree criminal mischief, one count of second-degree disorderly conduct, and cited for urinating in public.
